Hotel!

This last weekend was a big weekend for the Cherry Family, Steve's family was sealed in the Sacramento Temple, more to come on that later.

Friday we headed to Sacramento and much to Ally's delight, to a hotel.  I knew we had absolutely no chance of making it to the temple on time (8:00am) if we stayed at our house or even if we stayed in Oroville.  Thanks to Priceline we got an great deal on a hotel 5 minutes from the temple.  Allyson didn't remember too much about previous hotel stays and loved the whole experience (especially the elevator).

We met up with my parents, who were staying in another hotel...priceline deal!...for dinner at Olive Garden.  By the time we made it to our hotel it was pretty late but the girls were so good.  

Ally was thrilled that she got to jump on the bed in the hotel (a no no at home).  

There were quick baths for the girls and then it was time for bed

She loved her big bed and slept really well.  I love that she had so much room she slept sideways!  Eva also did really well (thankfully) in her pack n play.  I however did not, I kept waking up to every noise Eva would make, anticipating that she would wake up. 

Ally  can't wait to stay in another hotel.  As we were driving home from Oroville on Sunday she asked if we were going to stay in a hotel.  She was a little disappointed to find out we only stay in hotels once in a while for special trips.
