This past weekend was General Conference, it was wonderful to relax and hear so any wonderful and uplifting messages. We were also luck enough to spend time with both Grandparents.
Saturday Bob and Linda came over for a visit. It was so nice to catch up with them, we always seem to have a lot to catch up on. We enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Kone, it is nice to have it open again. Ally had fun playing and chattering away with them.
Sunday we watched conference at my parents house. We decided to take a walk between sessions to enjoy the beautiful day. We ended up walking along the creek and sampling a few blackberries. Allyson loved throwing rocks into the creek with Daddy.
I am especially glad we had such a good weekend since the cold Allyson and I had took a turn for the worse Sunday night. Thankfully we are on the mend and beginning to feel normal again.

man, why cant our conference weekend be relaxing and enjoyable? maybe one day. I felt like it was hard to fit anything in and i still feel like i didnt catch much of conference!
