Colton 3 Months

Colton is 3 months old!  We are starting to see more and more of his adorable personality everyday.  He is a healthy boy, not skipping out on any meals as his chubby cheeks, arms, and legs can attest.  The verdict is still out on his eye color, they are not as light as Eva's were but they are also not as dark as Allyson's.  Maybe he will have hazel eyes like his daddy, only time will tell.

He likes to move is arms around and it often appears he is trying to give you a fist bump, or "nickles" as Ally calls it.

Colton uses his whole body when he talks.  He gets his arms moving and legs kicking before he can work up to talking.  I love it!  Once he gets going he has a lot to say.  There isn't anything much cuter than baby sounds.  He has even giggled for us a few times, mostly when changing his clothes or giving him a bath.  Apparently Colton is very ticklish under his armpits.

He is still adored by his sisters.  They love to talk to him, play with him and help him in anyway.  I am pretty sure Colton loves them just as much as they love him.  He gives out his biggest grins to his sisters.  Ally loves to get him to talk and is quite successful at it.  Eva loves to be a little mamma to him.  She likes to mimic things I do, burping him and wiping up drool/spit up with burp cloths.  It is pretty fun to watch these two girls love on him.

This picture was not on the same day as the one above, it just appears we really like the dinosaur jammies.  This was New Years Eve morning, when Ally woke up and promptly started throwing up.  Poor thing had a rough go that day.  Colton was wonderfully patient when I had to abandon him mid-feeding to rush to help Ally.  I came back from cleaning up after Ally and getting her settled down to find him looking adorable, patiently sucking on his arm waiting for me.

He has recently turned into a major drooler, possibly working on a few teeth (how can that be?).  He can soak through a shirt in just a few hours as he furiously sucks on his hands.

I had to include this picture yet again, I just love it so much.  How is our little man getting so big so fast?
