Miss Chatterbox

Eva seemed to really start talking right after Colton was born.  I have been keeping track of her ever expanding vocabulary over this past month.  It is adorable to listen to.  I can't wait until she can communicate even more, the biggest source of her frustrations (read tantrums) are a result of not being able to communicate what she wants.  That is just the toddler phase I suppose.

Eva's current vocabulary
Hello
Papa
Baba (baby)
Byebye
All done
Ally
Shoes
Juice
No no no
Ca (and sometimes ca ca) for cow (and sometimes for horse)
Night Night
Wa wa (water)
Where did it go (I can't even write this one out phonetically as she says it)
Ball
Let it go (the song from Frozen)

Eva wants to (insists on doing) anything Allyson is doing.  I call her "me too".  Allyson has been in a very big art phase, she is always drawing (we go through lots of paper).  So of course Eva wants in on the action.

Eva's favorite canvas for drawing is the play kitchen and the kitchen chairs.  We try to avoid that as much as possible, thank goodness for magic erasers.

We pulled this little slide out of the shop and it is a hit.  Eva loves it, and is so cute playing on it.

I love that it helps keep her in the yard.
