Wednesday Eva girl had her first taste of rice cereal! Lately she has been very intent on watching us while we eat, and eagerly grabbing at food, plates, cups (you get the idea).
As I was preparing the rice cereal I let Eva play with the spoon, she loved playing with it until she stuck it too far back in her mouth. After some consoling she was back to her happy self ready to try some cereal.
Since everything Eva grabs goes directly into her mouth, she had no problem with the spoon. She was very "hands on" and kept grabbing the spoon and pulling it into her mouth. She seemed to like the cereal, but was most interested grabbing the spoon. I couldn't get it to her mouth quick enough, once it was in her mouth she actually ate about half of what was on the spoon.

She preferred licking her bumbo tray (which was covered in a good amount of rice cereal), but in the end she ate the entire serving (and at least half actually made it in her mouth!).
