A little more than a week ago we had quite the heat wave, June 7th and 8th were miserably hot. We did all we could to stay cool. I may have been a bit grumpy when it was 111* on Saturday, it was just too hot it was driving me crazy.
Allyson was so excited to play in her pool again, she loves playing in the water.
Having fun on the slides, even if she is a bit too big and they kept tipping over.
Saturday was so hot we started pool time around 11am and by 12:30 we had to head inside it was too hot to be outside at all.
Splashing around is great fun.
Eva enjoyed lounging in her onesie on the lawn. She liked playing in the pool too, but it was hard for me, she was so slippery. She didn't like getting splashed by Ally.
Thankfully the heat wave was short lived and it cooled off before we went too crazy.
