I was not exactly looking forward to Opening Day for Little Leauge, getting the kids up and lots of hurry up and wait. Thankfully this year opening ceremonies were at 11am instead of 8am, I am so grateful to whoever made that suggestion! The ceremonies were also moved to the field at the elementary school since there was an egg hunt happening on the field on Hartmann.

The ceremony was very nice this year, and not too long!
This girl and her skirt made quite an impression, she got lots of comments about her pretty skirt.
She managed to endure all the waiting around thanks to a snow cone that Nana bought her.
They had a home run derby of sorts for all the teams (thankfully T-ballers got to go first!). Ally had some great hits, and one even made it into the outfield. I think she has pretty good form! So excited for her first game. I love baseball!
