Never a dull moment

This girl cracks me up on a daily basis.  Here are a some funny things she has said over the last few weeks.

Love this outfit.
Post nap hair, comfy after church clothes and rain boots!

While eating breakfast together Allyson asked if I needed my bib.  I told her I didn't need a bib and when she got older she wouldn't need one anymore.  She didn't quite understand.  She asked/told me "when you get older you need bibby? I help you."  Well, that may be the case but I hope it is a few more years down the road.

When unbuckling Ally from her car seat I thought I smelled a dirty diaper.  Apparently my subtle sniffing wasn't so subtle.  She indignantly told me "no sniffing, I not poopy".  Well pardon me!

Allyson gets very concerned if she doesn't know where I am, if I go outside for a minute or go into a different room and I don't tell her she gets worried.  So I try to remember to let her know my whereabouts.  I told her I was going to the bathroom.  When I came out she said "you go potty mom?  Good job!" I am glad I can impress someone.

Another time I told her I was going to the bathroom she told me she would help me.  She said "I hold your hand and help you go potty.  Come on mom!"  I politely declined her help.

One night she was being particularly silly while brushing her teeth.  I was getting exasperated at her continued antics, in frustration I said "Allyson Rose" to which she answered "Cherry!".  My frustration was gone. How can you stay upset at that?

Allyson often yells "mommy?" when she wants my attention. When I answer "whaty?"  she says  "I not whaty, I Ally Cherry Rose Cherry!".
