Steve had to work on Father's Day so we celebrated on Tuesday (his only day off last week). We were so happy to see him.
Allyson had been asking when Daddy would come home and I wasn't sure. Thankfully she understands he is at work, she knows he is on the fire engine with "the boys" (her words). Last year she got really mad at Steve when he was gone and it took a long time for her to get over it.
Since we were (happily) surprised that Daddy was able to be home for a day I didn't have anything planned. Instead we had a fun picnic at the playground.
Allyson loved the slides.
I had Allyson answer a bunch of questions about Steve, I love her answers.
