Eva is becoming less of a picky eater, making my life so much easier. She has realized she likes fruit, she especially loves bananas, mandarins, and strawberries. The funny thing about her is she will only eat a banana if it is a whole banana and she gets to hold it. If you cut it up into banana slices she will refuse to eat it, if Ally gets to eat a whole banana that is the only way she wants it.
The other night as we were eating dinner she kept pointing to something on my plate that she wanted. She had the same food on her plate as I did except for a green salad. Turns out this girl loves tomatoes, if I don't eat my salad first she won't quit bugging me until my tomatoes are gone (eaten by her or me). I am just her diet is getting more variety in it. As usual I just had to be patient and wait for her to decide she was ready there is never any hope of me getting her to do something she doesn't want to do.
One morning PG&E replaced a pole at the corner of our neighbor's property. The girls had a blast watching them work. The loved watching the crane and the men up in the boom. Later that day Ally was telling Steve about the workmen they watched and said "we got to watch pgenes work" I loved how PG&E became a nationality, it made me laugh.
Colton is a master drooler now. He will go through 2 or 3 outfits in a day just because of the drool, though at least he is getting to wear lots of his cute clothes before he grows out of them. I have started putting a bib on him as a preventative measure.
In other news he has also just recently started blowing raspberries and it is oh so adorable even if it just adds to the drooling problem. I love my handsome little man.
Eva's with her mixed media play dough and crayon sculpture, I loved how creative it was, she was very intent on sticking the crayons in. This is also what happens when I hand her the play dough and forget to put away the coloring stuff.
