Our little girl was 5 months old. We were adjusting to our new family and all that comes with it. Struggling with the thought of surgery, trying to get her to sleep more consistently at night. Loving her to pieces.
Now she is 17 months old. We have adjusted to life as a little family. There are always new surprises and milestones; the surgery is nothing but a memory, our girl is healthy and happy and so are we!
Most importantly, we are still loving her to pieces.

It has been a year! Wow, now that was a fast year.
