Allyson loves talking on the phone, especially to her grandparents. Lately she has a lot to say back to them too.
She now insists on holding the phone herself (I do it!) so I put it on speaker phone, to prompt Allyson and to attempt to interpret for the grandparents. When she gets really excited she starts to go off into her own language where I can only recognize a few words, it is pretty cute though.
As you can tell we had just made a trip to the Library, she was telling Grandpa all about it. Gaylen is the Librarian and she considers him her friend (they do chat a little), and we also met Gaylen's friend that day.
When daddy gives her a bath he dries her hair with the blow dryer, so fun! When mommy does it she only uses the towel.
Daddy makes things so much fun.
On Saturday we helped man my dad's booth at Earth Day (he is running for re-election to the county Board of Supervisors). Allyson loved the free crayons and the pin-wheels.
Allyson got quite comfortable, roaming around and exploring. Don't worry Nana is just out of the picture as Ally explored the light post.
Allyson loved it when they had the live music, she just danced away. She loves to dance at home when we play music, her dance moves always make me smile.

Yeah Devin is terrified of the blow dryer, so that would never happen at our house :) He tells me it's not scary, just loud, but he still won't come near me when it's going!
Loved the blow drying and dancing videos! She is so darn cute.
